Brown Leggings

So brown might not be your favorite color, and well, its not mine either, but you just might be surprised as to have versatile brown leggings really are. I was given a pair by a friend and I never had the heart to tell her that I didn’t like brown at all. To try and keep my cool about the brown leggings I decided that I should wear them a couple of times when she would be around and then vanquish them off to my pajama drawer. I was pretty shocked as to what I discovered once I started wearing the brown leggings.

Much to my surprise the brown leggings are extremely versatile and I found myself wearing them when I might normally wear black or blue leggings and they still look great. Because they are brown and not my typical black or blue it really seemed to get the attention of other people and I really enjoyed looking and feeling just a little bit differently than I normally do in my black and blue leggings. Not only that but I actually found a few shirts and sweaters in the back of my closet that I had never worn because I didn’t have anything that would go with them and still look ok but once I put on the brown leggings I found whole new out fits in my existing clothing! It was a great experience.

My discoveries with my brown leggings didn’t stop there though. You see I have dogs and kids. What that means is that everything around me is constantly getting dirty or some weird stain on it. On two different occasions two different pair of my blue leggings got a strange brown stain on them while I was out to dinner at a buffet with my kids. Once I got the brown leggings not only did those stains stop happening but I figured out what was causing the stains! It was chocolate sauce. Who knew but it doesn’t stain my brown leggings.

As you can see I have had many great experiences with brown leggings which is a piece of clothing that I never thought that I would ever like or that I would ever wear. I guess my friend new and I just needed to catch up with the times or something. No matter why it is that she picked out brown leggings for me as a gift I know that I owe her so much because of it. They are very likely to be one of my favorite items of clothing that I have ever warned and I wouldn’t trade them for anything else. Brown leggings might not change your life but they are a wonderful addition to your wardrobe.
